The Eucharistic Celebration is the substance of our faith. We receive the Bread of Life and then are called to go forth and share that Life. To ensure the preparation of the Liturgy for our community of the faithful, the Sacristan sets all elements in place for Mass. This ministry coordinates the preparation of all masses including all special masses, sacraments and funerals for our parish. The Sacristan also maintains the inventory of the vessels, hosts, sacramental wine, vestments and all other items needed for the Liturgy.
The Sacristan is trained to be an Extraordinary Minister. Additional training is required for this ministry.

This is an important ministry of the Eucharistic celebration. The men and women who serve are both hosts and stewards. They greet arriving parishioners and guests, making them feel welcome. Ushers act as responders when someone is in distress. They assure order before, during and after the liturgy. Ushers assist people in finding seats.
All members are invited to participate.
St. Paul is a Vibrant Musical Parish with multiple ages and styles involved in Music Liturgy. We advocate participation from the Congregation to sing and Community involvement as Cantors and Choir Members.
The Adult Choir sings weekly at the 9:30 a.m. Mass on Sundays and is ALWAYS open to new membership. Practices are Wednesday evenings at 7 p.m. in the Church. Audition is not necessary. Consortia for other liturgies are on an interview and audition basis.

Pastoral Care Ministry at St. Paul Catholic Church has three primary functions:
-
To visit and bring the Eucharist to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass at St. Paul Catholic Church;
-
To promote the First Friday Holy Hour at which attendees pray for the sick and suffering members of the parish and also for current Diocesan seminarians;
-
To offer spiritual comfort to the bereaved.
Anyone aware of a St. Paul's parishioner who is unable to attend Mass due to ill health or injury should contact the Parish Office at (602) 942-2608 to request a pastoral care visit.
While we are anxious to visit sick and suffering members of St. Paul Parish wherever they are located, those confined to hospitals or nursing homes outside St. Paul parish boundaries receive Holy Communion through the Pastoral Care services of the parishes in which those facilities are located.
Irene Gramza is the hostess for the Coffee and Donuts Hospitality Ministry. This ministry promotes fellowship among members of the parish. Refreshments are served after the 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Masses on Sunday.
