The Knights of Columbus St. Paul’s council was established in March, 2009. Our guiding principles are in line with other councils around the world. These principles are Charity, Unity, Fraternity, and Patriotism. Although we are a young council, we have been busy supporting our parish and community. We obtained a Star Council rating from the Knights of Columbus Supreme Council in just our first year.
Our activities include the poinsettia drive which provided 55 plants for the altar for Christmas and raised $1,000 for St. Paul’s faith formation program. Our Brothers supported the Nun Run by parking cars and passing out water at this event. Twice each year we provide meals for Arizona seminarians. Our P.I.D. campaign raised $1,000 which was donated to the Arizona Sunshine League to purchase soccer field time for people with intellectual disabilities. Our members represent the great diversity of our parish. Our meetings are on the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM on the St. Paul’s campus.
See the menu entry for the "Knights of Columbus" web site.
