Couples interested in the Sacrament of Matrimony should begin preparations by contacting our Marriage Preparation Coordinator as soon as possible and allow him to guide you through the Diocese of Phoenix's "7 Steps to a Rewarding Marriage Experience" 9-month program. Please view the Marriage Requirements.
For those parties interested in an annulment, our Nullity Minister guides, encourages, listens to, and prays with the parishioner(s) petitioning a declaration of nullity from the Diocese of Phoenix Catholic Tribunal. Because the idea of an annulment is understandably a painful one for most people, he sensitively cares for the petitioner contemplating an investigation, clarifies what an annulment is, when and why it may be needed, and explains the nullity process, and aids the petitioner in determining under what grounds to file the nullity request. Please contact our Nullity Minister for more information.
Anointing of the Sick is available to Catholics in danger due to sickness or old age. Please contact the Parish Office. If it is an emergency, please use the emergency phone number.
For any man discerning the deaconate or priesthood through the Sacrament of Holy Orders, or any man or woman considering a religious vocation, spiritual direction and guidance is available by contacting one of our priests. Please contact the Parish Office or visit the Diocese Vocations website for more information.
For those requiring records of receiving the Sacraments, please fill out the Sacramental Certificate Request form (PDF or Word Document) form and send it to the Parish Office .
